Japanese startup ecosystem has a unique features: open innovation is vivid. Masaru IKEDA is a tech entrepreneur, tech blogger/journalist and system consultant based in Tokyo. He is also the founder of The Bridge, a body organizing meetups for connecting entrepreneurs and system engineers, and also an online publications focusing on the local startup scene. Emil Abirascid met him in Tokyo @ Italian Innovation Day where Masaru confirmed the bubbling momentum of the japanese startup scene. More and more students and young adults are today more inspirated to ‘become entreprenuers’ than ‘get a job in a big company’.
