Weforguest announces that it has closed a total pre-seed investment round of 500 thousand euros, underwritten by LVenture Group and the traveltech accelerator Argo, with the co-investment of CDP Venture Capital and the same LVenture Group, Ventive Group, Insquared Holding and Rigel Ventures, as well as business angels with skills in software and hospitality. In addition to the capital increase, there is a loan of 330 thousand euros provided by Invitalia as part of the Smart & Start program, as well as a non-repayable contribution of 150 thousand euros received from the Ministry of Tourism as part of the Tourism Digital Hub (TDH) project, confirming Weforguest’s commitment to innovation in the hospitality sector. By combining CRM and artificial intelligence, Weforguest aims to improve the way hotels interact with their guests. Not only does the platform innovatively analyze detailed guest data to improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and guest experience, but it also helps to increase the direct sales of hospitality establishments. This is done by automating many internal processes, simplifying operations, and increasing operational efficiency, which is critical in an industry with high staff turnover each season. “This investment represents a significant catalyst for our innovative journey,” Andrea Guzzo, CEO of Weforguest, said in a statement.
