This is an excellent sign not only for the program itself, but because it proves that the Italian ecosystem is maturing quickly – Marco Rampazzo, managing director of Endeavor Italy tells Startupbusiness -. The greatest satisfaction is to see how the entrepreneurs who participate, in a short time, accelerate the growth of their companies to the point of having in some cases the scaleup dimension necessary to enter the Endeavor network. Like the recent examples of UnoBravo, Caracol and Electra Vehicle.” Developed with the support of Fondazione Sviluppo e Crescita CRT and OGR Torino, both Fondazione CRT entities, and with the collaboration of EY, Growth Capital, K&L Gates Italia, MIDA, W Executive, Amazon Web Services (AWS), the program includes: the comparison between entrepreneurs and mentors of the Endeavor network, selected on their needs; four highly specialized workshops held by partners and panel discussions with Endeavor experts and entrepreneurs; a workshop with an executive coach; an investor day with international investors; the possibility to request a free consultation slot with partners WExecutive, K&L Gates and EY; networking opportunities among entrepreneurs; a workshop with the coaching company MIDA.
