Florent Lambert, new VP Markets at Coverflex

Coverflex, a corporate welfare startup announces that it has appointed Florent Lambert, former CEO of Sodexo for the Italian market, to the role of VP Markets where he will be in charge of the startup’s development and expansion, focusing mainly on business growth.

During his 25 years at Sodexo, where he gained considerable international experience, Lambert led the growth of several markets including Portugal, Brazil and Argentina. Within the French multinational company, Lambert retained until 2023 the
role as CEO for the Italian market, gaining solid experience in business development, sales and profit growth (both B2B and B2C) and deepening his knowledge in digital marketing.

Passionate about innovation and strong in cultural awareness gained in international environments and various industries, the new VP Markets will be dedicated to strengthening Coverflex‘s growth and expansion, with the goal of reaching one million users of the service by 2025.

Expansion into Europe

The entry of Florent Lambert at the helm of the internationalization strategy pursued by Coverflex marks a step forward on the startup’s path toward achieving expansion goals in the European market. Coverflex currently has a presence in Portugal, Italy, and has recently landed in the Spanish market as well.
