Algor Education, Avea Life, BeDimensional, Cubbit, Dalfilo, Holifya, Hotiday, Prem AI, Radical Storage, Spiagge.it, W-Sense and WithLess are the 12 scale-ups selected to participate in the new edition of the Elevator programme set up by Endeavor to support companies in their growth process.
The programme is supported by Fondazione Sviluppo e Crescita CRT in cooperation with OGR Torino, and aims to provide opportunities and tools to start-ups that are entering the scale-up phase and demonstrate the potential to establish themselves in the entrepreneurial ecosystem and in local and international markets.
Once again this year, a heterogeneous group of companies operating in different sectors was chosen: from applied tech to education and health, to travel and AI. A geographical variety too, starting from Piedmont and Lombardy and touching on Liguria, Emilia Romagna and Lazio.
The companies will be followed for six months by the team, mentors and partners of Endeavor, an international organisation that in Italy works with companies such as Bending Spoons, Satispay, Unobravo and D-Orbit.
Developed with the support of Fondazione Sviluppo e Crescita CRT and in collaboration with OGR Torino, both entities of Fondazione CRT, and with the collaboration of EY, Growth Capital, K&L Gates Italia, MIDA, W Executive, Amazon Web Services (AWS) e Klecha & Co.The programme includes: discussions between entrepreneurs and mentors from the Endeavor network, selected on the specific needs of scale-ups; four highly specialised workshops held by the partners and round tables with Endeavor experts and entrepreneurs; a workshop with an executive coach; an Investor Day with international investors; the possibility of requesting a free consultation slot with partners WExecutive, K&L Gates and EY; networking moments between entrepreneurs and a workshop with the coaching company MIDA.
The purpose of Elevator is to provide companies with the necessary tools to consolidate the position already acquired and accelerate growth. Through the programme, entrepreneurs will be able to validate and fruitfully question their business model, work on critical thinking, capital raising methodology, and explore HR issues. Participants will also be challenged to reflect on themselves, exploring topics such as leadership, team dynamics, and managing emotions and conflicts, in order to master every aspect of the complex job of an entrepreneur.
