The transaction, led by Farming Future, the National Agrifoodtech Technology Transfer Hub created on the initiative of CDP Venture Capital in collaboration with ToSeed & Partners, marks a fundamental step in the growth of the Genoese company. The participation of important investors such as Dsm-firmenich Venturing and Levante Capital, as well as SVG Ventures and Plus9 with specialized expertise in the sector and international networks. The trust of investors already present in the structure of the Genoese startup is also renewed , including Agrofood BIC, a multi-company open innovation hub created on the initiative of Granarolo, Gellify, Camst, Conserve Italia, Cuniola, Eurovo and Angels 4 Woman. Cynomys, with its patented technology, offers a complete solution for the continuous monitoring of more than 30 environmental parameters, crucial for animal welfare and the sustainability of livestock farms. The company thus emerges as an Italian company dedicated to the development of technologies that connect conscious consumers and sustainable businesses, using big data as a key tool. Thanks to this investment, Cynomys will enhance its existing technology and translate it into tangible improvements in animal welfare, and will also pave the way for new market opportunities, further consolidating its positioning in the field of sustainable farming and technological innovation.

The Company will intensify its commitment to conscious, ethical and sustainable farming practices, a key step for the advancement of the agri-food sector in line with the Sustainable Development Goals of the 2030 Agenda (SGDs).
