Contents acquires 4W Marketplace

Contents announces that it has integrated 4W Marketplace, the business unit of Stillabit active in the advertising network sector since 2009, through its subsidiary AdHub Media. 4W Marketplace has become a point of reference for publishers and advertisers in offering native, video and display formats, both in reservation and in programmematic. This union marks a new chapter in the history of digital content distribution, combining the experience and innovation of the two companies to open up new opportunities.

Contents, which now has an international reach, offers a SaaS platform supported by generative artificial intelligence for content creation and orchestration. With a team of experts spread across cities such as Milan, Madrid, Paris and Las Vegas, it has earned a reputation in the field of AI-supported content creation.

‘In today’s dynamic AI landscape, it is clear that the companies destined to excel in the long run are those that master both the creation and implementation of AI,’ states Massimiliano Squillace, CEO of Contents, in a note. Holding the reins of both production and the paths through which AI reaches users offers a significant advantage. This dual control not only allows a company to maximise its earning potential, but also enables it to set industry standards and maintain a long-term competitive advantage. As AI technology becomes increasingly integrated into the fabric of companies and consumers, ownership of distribution channels will become crucial in determining which companies will shape the future of AI development’.

4W Marketplace has contributed significantly to the history of international online advertising by bringing a wealth of technological expertise and innovative assets. Founded on over fifteen years of experience, its evolution into Stillabit was the result of a rebranding project focused on sustainability and communication ethics. Now, under the leadership of Contents, after a transaction worth approximately EUR 2.3 million, 4W Marketplace gets a makeover and presents itself as an AdHubPlatform.

The integration of artificial intelligence from Contents into the ad space management of the future AdHubPlatform promises to optimise operations and improve the effectiveness of content distribution. In addition, Contents will use AdHubPlatform as a catalyst to offer its users the opportunity to maximise the visibility of their content, reaching a wider and more engaging audience.

This choice demonstrates Contents’ commitment to innovation and expansion, confirming its position in the industry and opening up new opportunities to redefine the future of digital communication. (Photo by Leon Seibert on Unsplash)
