Bending Spoons’ international acquisition campaign continues with the announcement that it has reached an agreement to acquire StreamYard Top Corp, also known as Hopin, the company that owns and operates StreamYard, Streamable and Superwave products. With millions of users worldwide, StreamYard has enabled the live-streaming and recording of more than 60 million videos to date.
