Vitesy, new round of 3.2 million euros

Vitesy, a startup that focuses on the creation of green and intelligent solutions for people’s well-being, concludes a new investment round of 3.2 million euros with the aim of continuing to enhance the technological innovation of its products and above all affirming Shelfy, a revolutionary device that helps fight food waste, in the strategic reference markets for the company: Europe, USA and Canada. Participating in this additional round was Doorway They were also joined by family offices and business angels. “What also makes us very satisfied is that we have managed to reach the milestone of 10 million euros raised, keeping 80% of the shares in the hands of the founders and the stock option plan for employees,” Paolo Ganis, co-founder and CEO of Vitesy, tells Startupbusiness, who adds a note: Also this year we managed to collect an important round. To do this, the trust of strategic investors was essential, essential to support us in this moment of business scaling. We’re really happy with our latest Shelfy product, it’s exceeding all our wildest expectations and that’s what we want to focus on today. And we certainly won’t stop there. Shelfy to fight food waste

Founded in 2016 by Paolo Ganis, Alessio D’Andrea and Vincenzo Vitiello, Vitesy has already raised a total of €10 million which have allowed it to position itself and establish itself in the cleantech sector. Today, with the design of the innovative Shelfy device to combat food waste, will continue its push and expansion. In fact, in 2023 alone, it has already sold more than 12 thousand in 80 countries around the world, collecting over a million euros in pre-orders through a crowdfunding campaign launched on the Indiegogo and Kickstarter platforms.
