The new Italian legislation on start-ups

 

Italy will soon have a new legislation specifically devloped to foster the development of innovative start-ups. The law will become effective by December 19th 2012 when Parliament will approve the law proposed by the Government and published officially last October 19th. 

The law is the result of a huge work done by an experts task force named by Corrado Passera, the Italian Minister for the Economic Development, and will deeply change the environment in which the innovative start-ups can blossom and grow making Italy one of the best Countries in the world where doing start-ups is effective, easy and potentially a success.
